The filling nozzle uses internal-type metal-sealed bottom valve and compression-type graphite packing shaft seal, which ensures zero dripping and high temperature endurance. Besides, the filling nozzle employs casing insulation that could inlet steam or hot oil for heat tracing.
In addition, the filling machine has a safety interlock system. When the drum is not in the right position or the filling nozzle does not go through the bunghole, the filling valve would not open or start filling; when the filling telescopic pipe touches the drum surface, it would retract automatically.
TRANSCELL stainless steel nitrogen purging sensors are embedded with the weighing platform on the filling stations. UNIPLUS instruments are installed with the control cabinets. The weighing platforms keep low with only 10cm high, which also endure high temperature.

Filling type below-bunghole
The filling line is assessed with a palletizing system, which facilitates the completed drums discharge. After arriving the palletizing position, the completed drums are snatched up by the pallet gripper two at a time and located on the pallet. When the two subsequent competed drums arrive at the palletizing position, the pallet gripper would go back and repeat the transfer action. The pallet with completed drums would move to the wait-shovel roller way waiting for forklift, in the meanwhile the pallet magazine would release an empty pallet. The pallitizer is operated repeatedly.
