1. When was Daesum first established? Where is our factory located at?
- Shanghai Daesum Science Instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd. (“DAESUM”), founded in 1997, is located in 2688 Xinghua Road, Jiading, Shanghai. The company built its own production and living site, with total GFA of 7000m². The site is composed of 5 workshops, 1 office building, and 1 complex building. The workshops occupy around 3600m² in total.
2. What kind of product do you provide?
- 1-1000L filling machines, and powder packing machines, as well as dosing and mixing production line.
3. Can you do explosion proof filling machines?
- Yes
4. What kind of service can you provide?
- We could offer preliminary customized machine design, to manufacture, to installation, to commissioning and after-sales service.
5. Where can you export?
- We export wordwide, we have exported to the USA, Mexico, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, UAE, the Philippines, Singapore, Pakistan, India, and etc.
6. If we need maintenance or meet problem, how could you help?
- Please call or email us the problem you meet, we will reply asap. If necessary, we could offer remote access to help solve the software problem. Otherwise, we would advise you the spareparts to replace the existing broken ones.
7. What kind of package would you use?
- For the entire machine, we usually make shipment in independent containers, and our staff will wrap films around the machine, then fixed it in the container.
- For spareparts, we usually send by air express with boxes.
